Inquire. Simply leave your information on our inquire page, and we will be in contact with you to determine your family's needs, wants and expectations in finding a trusted FLBC newborn care specialist/ nanny. Your dream newborn care specialist/nanny, will no longer be a dream, it will be reality!
Connect. After a heart-to-heart consultation, we will then seek exclusively hand-picked candidates that fit your family's lifestyle. All newborn care specialist/nanny are intensively pre-screened, reference verified, are nationally background checked (DMV report, social security number trace, criminal activity check for every place of residence), and CPR & first-aid certified.
Interview. Now is your chance to meet prospective elite FLBC newborn care specialist/nanny for your family! Interviews will be held either in person or via Zoom. We will help assist with questions that are vital to help vet your candidates.
Placement. After determining the newborn care specialist/nanny that best suits your needs and family, a detailed placement contract will be signed between the agency, you, and the nanny/newborn care specialist.
